Delivery & returns
UK delivery is £3.50, or free on orders of £40 or more. Orders are processed within 1-2 working days and dispatched from our suppliers’ warehouses outside the UK. Tracked delivery takes 5-10 working days.
You can return unused items within 30 days of delivery. Email us with your order number and we’ll email you the returns address. Return postage is paid by you unless the item is faulty or not as described.
Faulty or damaged items
If an item arrives faulty, damaged or not as described, email us with your order number and a photo. Within 30 days of delivery you’re entitled to a full refund; after that, a repair or replacement (or a refund if that isn’t possible), under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. We cover the return postage for faulty items.
