To addresses in the United Kingdom only.

Orders are processed within 1-2 working days. They're dispatched from our suppliers' warehouses outside the UK, so tracked delivery takes 5-10 working days after dispatch. Our shipping policy has the details.

UK delivery is £3.50, or free on orders of £40 or more.

We email you a tracking link as soon as your order is dispatched.

Not always. If your order contains several items, they may arrive in separate parcels.

Yes. You have 30 days from delivery to tell us you want to return an unused item. Email us with your order number and we'll email you the returns address. See Returns & refunds for the details.

You pay the cost of sending an item back, unless it's faulty or we sent you the wrong item. We recommend a tracked service.

Email us a photo of the issue with your order number. Within 30 days of delivery you can have a full refund. After that, you can have a repair or replacement, or a refund if that isn't possible. We pay the return postage for faulty or incorrect items.

Within 14 days of us receiving the item back, to your original payment method.

The payment methods available are shown at checkout. Card details are processed securely by our payment provider and are never stored by us.

Email us as soon as possible. If your order hasn't been dispatched we'll change or cancel it. If it has, you can return it under our returns policy.
