About
About Fitera Sport
Fitera Sport is a UK online shop for sportswear, trainers and training kit for men, women and kids: activewear, running and cycling gear, swimwear, yoga mats, weights and gym accessories. We keep the range focused on kit people actually use at home and in the gym.
How we choose what to stock
We don't list everything we can get hold of. Before a product goes on the site we ask three things:
- Does it do the job? It has to work the way people actually train.
- Is the description accurate? What you see on the page, including what's in the box and the delivery time, is what you get.
- Is the price fair? If we can't price it sensibly against the alternatives, we don't stock it.
What you can expect from us
| Topic | What it means in practice |
|---|---|
| Delivery | We deliver to UK addresses only. Orders are processed within 1-2 working days and dispatched from our suppliers' warehouses outside the UK, so tracked delivery takes 5-10 working days. UK delivery is £3.50, or free on orders of £40 or more. |
| Returns | You have 30 days from delivery to tell us you want to return an unused item. See Returns & refunds. |
| Your statutory rights | If something is faulty or not as described, you're entitled to a refund, repair or replacement under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. |
| Support | Email us at support@fiterasport.store or call +44 7896 570015. We aim to reply within 1-2 working days. |
