1. Who we are

This website is operated by Wot Works Ltd, trading as Fitera Sport, a company registered in England and Wales (company no. 17278347) with its registered office at 3 Crabtree Way, Dunstable, LU6 1UR, United Kingdom ("we", "us"). 2. Your order and our contract

When you place an order you'll receive an email acknowledging it. The contract between us is formed when we email you to confirm dispatch. If we can't accept your order (for example because an item is out of stock or a pricing error has occurred), we'll tell you and won't charge you, or will refund you in full.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP). The total shown at checkout, including any delivery charge, is the amount you pay. Payment is taken when you place your order and is processed securely by our payment provider.

4. Delivery

We deliver to UK addresses only. Delivery times and charges are set out in our shipping policy. Risk in the goods passes to you when they're delivered to you or to someone you nominate.

5. Your right to cancel

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving a reason, and we voluntarily extend this to 30 days. How to cancel and how refunds work is set out in our Returns & refunds policy.

6. Faulty goods

We're under a legal duty to supply goods that are of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. Your rights if goods are faulty are set out in our Returns & refunds policy and under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

7. Using our products safely

Please follow the instructions supplied with each product and use fitness equipment within its stated limits. If you have a medical condition or injury, consult a healthcare professional before starting a new exercise routine.

8. Our liability

We're responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care and skill. We don't exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for breach of your legal rights in relation to the goods.

10. Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. You can bring proceedings in the courts of England and Wales or, if you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, in the courts of your home nation.
