Return & Refund Policy

1. Your 30-day return window

You can return most items within 30 days of receiving them for a full refund of the item price.

To be refunded in full, items should be:

• unused and unworn, with any tags still attached;
• in their original packaging, where practical;
• complete, including any accessories, straps or free items supplied with them.

You are welcome to inspect and try an item on as you would in a store. If an item comes back showing use beyond that, we may reduce the refund to reflect the loss in value — we will always tell you before we do.

2. How to return something

1. Email us at support@fiterasport.store with your order number and which items you want to return.
2. We reply with instructions and the return address — usually the same business day.
3. Ship the package back using a tracked service and keep your shipping receipt.
4. We refund you once the return arrives and has been checked.

3. Who pays for return shipping

Because shipping to you is always free, there is no delivery charge to refund — you get the full item price back.

4. Refunds

• We process refunds within 2 business days of your return arriving and passing inspection.
• Refunds go back to the original payment method — we cannot refund to a different card or account.
• Your bank then takes a further 3–5 business days to show the money in your account.
• We email you the moment the refund is issued.

5. Exchanges

Need a different size or color? Tell us when you email and we will reserve the replacement while your return is on its way, so you do not lose it to another customer. If the replacement costs more we will send a payment link for the difference; if it costs less we refund the difference.

6. Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

If something arrives damaged, defective or is not what you ordered, email us a photo along with your order number. We will arrange a free replacement or a full refund at no cost to you. You do not need to pay return shipping in these cases.

This is in addition to any rights you have under applicable federal and state law, and to our 12-month guarantee, which covers defects arising from normal training use. The guarantee does not cover general wear and tear, accidental damage or misuse.

7. Items we cannot accept back

For hygiene and safety reasons we cannot refund the following unless they are defective:

• items returned more than 30 days after delivery;
• underwear, swimwear or mouthguards where hygiene seals or tags have been removed;
• items that have been washed, altered or personalized;
• items damaged through misuse, accident or normal wear and tear;
• free gifts and promotional items supplied at no charge.

8. Canceling before it ships

If your order has not shipped yet, email us as soon as you can and we will cancel it and refund you in full. Once a package is with the carrier it cannot be recalled, but you can still return it under the 30-day policy above.

9. Late or missing returns

If more than 14 days have passed since you shipped a return and you have not heard from us, send us your tracking number and we will trace it. Please keep your shipping receipt until your refund lands — without it we cannot chase a package the carrier has lost.
