Changed your mind? 30 days to return

The law gives you 14 days from the day you receive your order to cancel it. We extend this: you have 30 days from delivery to tell us you want to return an item.

• Email support@fiterasport.store with your order number and the item(s) you want to return. We aim to reply within 1-2 working days, and we'll email you the returns address.
• Please note: our products are dispatched from our suppliers' warehouses outside the UK, so the returns address we give you may be our supplier's returns centre outside the UK (mainly China). We'll tell you the address before you send anything.
• Send the item back within 14 days of telling us. Items should be unused and returned with their original packaging where possible. If an item has been handled more than you would in a shop, we may reduce the refund to reflect that.
• Unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong item, you pay the cost of returning it. Postage to an address outside the UK can cost more than a UK return; we recommend a tracked service.

Your refund

We refund you within 14 days of receiving the item back (or of you giving us proof that you've sent it, if earlier), to your original payment method. If you return a whole order, we also refund the standard delivery charge you paid.

Faulty, damaged or wrong items

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. If an item is faulty, damaged or not what you ordered:

• Within 30 days of delivery you're entitled to a full refund.
• After 30 days you're entitled to a repair or replacement and, if that isn't possible or doesn't fix the problem, a refund.
• We cover the return postage for faulty or incorrect items. Email us a photo of the issue and we'll arrange the return.

Items we can't accept back

For hygiene reasons, items that were sealed for health protection (for example mouthguards) can't be returned once the seal is broken, unless they're faulty.
