If something’s wrong
If an item arrives faulty, damaged or not as described, email us with a photo and we’ll put it right. Within 30 days of delivery you’re entitled to a full refund; after that, a repair or replacement (or a refund if that isn’t possible), under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
