When will my order arrive?

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1-2 working days from our suppliers’ warehouses outside the UK. Tracked delivery then takes 5-10 working days, so an order placed today should arrive between Mon 5 Oct – Tue 13 Oct.

How much is delivery?

UK delivery is £3.50, or free on orders of £40 or more. We deliver to UK addresses only.

Can I return it?

Yes. You can return unused items within 30 days of delivery. Email us with your order number and we’ll send you the returns address. Return postage is paid by you unless the item is faulty or not as described.

What if it doesn’t fit?

Return the unused item within 30 days for a refund, and place a new order in the size or colour you need. Supplier sizing can vary, so check the size details in the description and photos before you order.

What if my item arrives faulty?

Email us with your order number and a photo. Within 30 days of delivery you’re entitled to a full refund; after that, a repair or replacement (or a refund if that isn’t possible), under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. We cover the return postage for faulty items.
