Questions

Can’t find your answer? Email support@fiterasport.store

When will my order arrive?

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1-2 working days from our suppliers’ warehouses outside the UK. Tracked delivery then takes 5-10 working days, so allow 6-12 working days in total, so an order placed today should arrive between Thu 12 Nov – Fri 20 Nov.

How much is delivery?

UK delivery is £3.50, or free on orders of £50 or more. We deliver to UK addresses only.

Can I return it?

Yes. You can return unused items within 30 days of delivery. Email us with your order number and we’ll send you the returns address. Return postage is paid by you unless the item is faulty or not as described. The returns address may be our supplier's returns centre outside the UK (mainly China), so postage can cost more than a UK return.

What if it doesn’t fit?

Return the unused item within 30 days for a refund, and place a new order in the size or colour you need. Supplier sizing can vary, so check the size details in the description and photos before you order.

What if my item arrives faulty?

Email us with your order number and a photo. Within 30 days of delivery you’re entitled to a full refund; after that, a repair or replacement (or a refund if that isn’t possible), under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. We cover the return postage for faulty items.

Is checkout secure? Who am I buying from?

Payment is taken on Shopify’s secure, encrypted checkout.
